DR RAJEEV BANGALEE

Dr. Rajeev Bangalee, director of the Star Aesthetic Medical Centre in Durban North (off Broadway), is a qualified General Practitioner who also specialises in Aesthetic Medicine. After completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree in 2001 at the University of Witwatersrand, he spent several years working in various specialized fields throughout the UK

EXPERIENCE

Dr. Bangalee, who has over 17 years of professional experience in private practice, has gained a reputation for being a trusted household name when it comes to meeting the healthcare needs of his patients. He is a member of the Durban Independent Practitioners Association and the KZN Doctors Healthcare Coalition.

THE PRACTICE

The practice is a fully equipped GP practice, dealing with conditions of a medical and surgical nature. We cater for a vast array of medical and surgical conditions. Being a family medicine practice we offer a holistic approach when it comes to prescribing care.  Dr Bangalee has successfully completed his diploma in aesthetic medicine in 2012 with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. In 2015 he completed a clinical management course in dermatology. He also has attends a number of continuing medical education workshops and conferences to stay up to date on the latest evidence based care.
